| Barry Ablett graduated
from Loughborough University with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in
Fine Art Illustration, and has since been working as a freelance illustrator
in London. He has had commissions in a wide range of areas including
editorial, greeting cards and book illustrations both in Britain and
abroad.
In 1999 Barry exhibited his work at the BP Art in Business Exhibition and was awarded the Shell Bright Spark Award for Enterprise. Barry says of his work, "I am particularly interested in conveying a strong sense of atmosphere through my work by using dynamic compositions and creating a sense of movement. In my panoramas I aim to combine these concerns with my interest in architecture and light."
