Jasmine says of her work, " My most recent abstract paintings reflect my passion for colour and texture, and stem from my training in textile/fashion design. During my work as a freelance designer, I have produced designs for dress and furnishing fabrics, bed linens, wallpaper, curtains and floor mats. I have also worked in 3-D media, including that of papier-mache, mosaics and plaster. Commissions have also included hand-painting original designs onto various surfaces, such as furniture, mirrors pottery and mural and trompe l'oeil work."
